Return & Exchange Policy

At Boon Outfits, each piece is crafted in limited batches and made with care. We understand that sometimes, things may not work out — so we offer simple and fair return and exchange options.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Note: We do not accept returns for size issues unless there’s a clear mismatch or manufacturing error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought during sale or limited drops (unless defective)

  • Products showing signs of wear or customization

  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at boonclothings@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason.

  2. Include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Return Pickup / Shipping

  • If eligible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pincode availability).

  • If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship the product back. We’ll share the return address and instructions.

  • Shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our side.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
