Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work at Boon Outfits.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched — whichever is earlier.
    To cancel, contact us at boonclothings@gmail.com or +91 79943 63997 with your order number.

  • After Shipping:
    Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery (see below).

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns

  • Products can be returned only if:

    • You received the wrong item or damaged product.

    • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • You raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or marked as final sale.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, we’ll initiate the refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, we’ll request your UPI or bank details to process the refund.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
