At Boon Outfits, each piece is crafted in limited batches and made with care. We understand that sometimes, things may not work out — so we offer simple and fair return and exchange options.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You contact us within 5 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for size issues unless there’s a clear mismatch or manufacturing error.
Non-Returnable Items
Items bought during sale or limited drops (unless defective)
Products showing signs of wear or customization
Gift cards or promotional items
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at boonclothings@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason.
Include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Pickup / Shipping
If eligible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pincode availability).
If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship the product back. We’ll share the return address and instructions.
Shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our side.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
