At Boon Clothing, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how order cancellations work:

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

• You can still initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

• Please ensure that you contact us as early as possible — once the order moves to the shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
