We want you to love what you wear.
If you’re not happy, here’s what you can do:

Returns

• Eligible within 7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

• Certain items (customized products, innerwear) are non-returnable

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

• You can exchange for a different size or product if available

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
